When I asked the management team at this 32 million dollar a year window and door manufacturer how they were different from the competition the answer was that almost everyone loved the finished work and that most of their new work came from referrals. Whenever possible I like to replace vague feelings with hard numbers. We started to survey customers after their homes were finished. Turns out that the management team was right about their rave reviews. However, now we had hard numbers as proof. In turn these numbers were then used as the basis for the company’s new marketing message, “Southern California’s Favorite”.

Copy written for in-store signs read, “99% of WinDor’s customers report the highest level of customer satisfaction rating”; “98% of our customers would recommend WinDor to their family, friends and neighbors”; and “75% of our new business comes by way of referral from happily satisfied past customers.”

I managed every marketing program over a three year period including a multi-million dollar advertising campaign for lead generation.

Other materials included a full color, 24-page catalog was designed to showcase the product. This marketing piece won a Creative Summit Award in the Product Catalog Category.

In store signage and a custom pin were designed to promote the company’s free financing program.
