Creating the Power of M Brand for The Muller Company

To get to the root of The Muller Company brand I used a 17-step brand methodology I refined over the last ten years. The process is designed to determine what differentiates the client company from its competition. In the case of The Muller Company the concept that continually rose to the top was that of an experienced staff working from the client’s point of view. My solution was to create the “Power of M: Powerful People and Proper Perspective” brand message.

The Power of M brand messaging makes its way into all forms of company communications including the website. A new corporate site was designed and I wrote the new company messaging to unpack the meaning of the The Muller Company brand. The site features company information as well as a property search tool.

The Muller Company had been primarily commercial real estate developers that professionally managed their own properties. When the decision was made to enter into the property management business as a stand-alone product, new materials were needed. This is a six-page brochure designed to unpack the new service offering to prospects. Working off the “Powerful People” character of the brand, it features photos of real Muller Company team members working on behalf of their clients.

A pocket folder was designed to hold miscellaneous sales materials and features a unique building-shaped die cut pocket.

The Muller Company manages several different properties with on-site Property Managers at each. Each Property Manager’s card featured a photo of the building that they manage on the card’s reverse side. In order to deliver the Power of M message to customers, Property Managers also wore specially created lapel pins.
